Grupo Kamaleonico was born in Palma with a very clear idea: to do hospitality with character, without copying formulas and without losing the taste for doing things well.
Each place has its own personality, its own rhythm, and its own way of telling its story. But they all share something: good food, a carefully curated atmosphere, thoughtful details, and that energy that makes a meal turn into a memorable outing.
Behind this project is Andy Iboleon Velasco , someone who understands restoration from the inside, without too much theory and with very little desire to do things halfway.
Beside her is Mariona Bennassar Reus , the mind that brings order, judgment, and sensitivity to everything that happens before, during, and after each service. Events, experience, team, details, and that invisible part that makes everything work as it should.

At Kamaleonico, groups have their own rhythm: shared dishes, glasses appearing, conversations flitting, and after-dinner chats that never seem to end. Our group menus are designed for sharing, toasting, and enjoying yourself without getting too serious. Cuisine with character, a lively atmosphere, and everything you need to make the excuse for being there almost irrelevant.
